Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to service time to avoid charges. Terms may vary for peak periods or specific vehicle types.

Airport Arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after flight landing.

Departures & Point-to-Point Transfers: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Extra waiting time is chargeable at the applicable hourly rate.

Full charges apply if the passenger does not arrive at the pick-up location and no prior notice is given.

Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized daily. Any damage caused by the passenger will be billed accordingly.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

No pets are allowed inside the vehicles.

All passengers must wear seat belts. Consumption of alcohol and use of illegal substances are not allowed.

Chauffeurs are instructed not to exceed assigned speed limits and to follow all traffic laws.

RBD is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.

Payments must be made in advance, under approved credit terms, or as agreed by the client in the signed contract.

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality in line with UAE data protection regulations.

All vehicles are commercially insured, including passenger coverage.
